Join me for Nourish & Shine, a 6-week wellness and group coaching program to help you reclaim your health and happiness with health-supporting and mindful lifestyle practices to nourish your body, mind, and soul.
By setting intentions, making small changes over time, and being accountable to a group, you'll not only start new healthy habits, but you'll actually follow through on them.
You'll receive both education and guidance to make habit changes that help you live a healthier, more easeful life. Everybody and every body is different. In this program, I'll help you figure out what health practices are most impactful for you AND help you come up with a plan to finally make them stick so that you can finally fit your puzzle piece into the puzzle of your life.
You can work on any area of health from diet and exercise to sleep to mental and emotional well-being to finding community to mindfulness and more. We all have different needs and areas for growth. This program gives you the freedom to choose what will be most beneficial to you and take action and begin transforming your life.
There are so many ways to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Through the course of these 6 weeks, you'll find your most nourishing practices and put them into action in your life.

Week 3: Set goals you’ll actually achieve so you can finally start making some progress in the areas of your life that you've neglected for too long.
Week 4: Take action to start building momentum and changing your lifestyle for the better.
Week 5: Follow through when you don’t feel like it so you can STOP making excuses and start living the life you want to live.
Week 6: Celebrations of what you've accomplished and learned & moving forward so you can get clear about your next steps on your health journey.
I'm Elaine Proulx! I was so committed to making an impact as an educator that I completely neglected myself and burned out within five years. When my dad got sick in 2021, I realized health is built over decades of small decisions, and I plan to choose wisely. By recommitting to my physical, mental, and spiritual health, I reconnected to my purpose and found joy in service and generosity again. Now, I help other purpose-driven women find harmony between their desire to make a difference in the world and the need to nourish their own body, mind, and spirit without guilt so they can thrive now and for decades to come. I received my health coach certification from Duke Integrative Health and will complete a master’s degree in Integrative Health in 2024.
